When will I receive my order?

Personalized items require varying production times of 1-3 weeks plus the shipping time of 2-5 days. Some items have rush service options and we also offer expedited shipping for faster delivery.

Do you ship C.O.D.?

No, we do not offer C.O.D. shipments, but we accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

How do I check the status of my order and if it’s been shipped?

When you place your order you will receive an invoice by e-mail confirming your order with an approximate ship date. When our acrylic keytags are shipped you will receive a UPS notification by e-mail when it ships. If you have not received your items soon after the scheduled ship date you may call customer service at 800-533-8247 or e-mail to keytagllc@gmail.com for information on the status of your order.

Will I have to pay tax on my order?

We only add tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to the state of Illinois (6.25% of your total order). If your items are being shipped anywhere other than the state of Illinois no tax will be charged. If your organizations is exempt from your state’s sales tax, please fax a properly completed sales tax exemption form to 309-948-6641. Once received, we will remove sales tax from your order and/or mark your account as tax-exempt.

What is your policy regarding glassware broken during shipping?

We offer a variety of quality glassware at various prices. We carefully handle and pack each glass to prevent breakage. Sometimes breakage occurs due to the fragile nature of the product and freight handling. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receiving it for any damage or missing glasses. We are unable to replace missing and broken glasses but offer credit or refunds for any broken and missing glasses.

What are your shipping costs?

With the rising price of fuel it is difficult to keep shipping costs down. Instead of providing a set amount per price, which is usually higher than the actual cost, we can give you a shipping quote for your item. Please call us at 800-533-8247 for a shipping quote. Have your product item number, how many you plan to order and your zip code and the customer service representative will provide you with the shipping costs.

What are your minimums?

On our website, each product page will show the minimum quantity in the price table or state if there is a minimum. There are no minimums on our acrylic keytags. We have done personalized acrylic keytags just for the homecoming or prom court.

What designs do you offer for personalizing products?

Click here to see our selection of imprint designs. We also may be able to use your created designs or other designs you may be using. We will accept almost any type of file. Our preference is that you send “eps” or “tif” files. Please note that we can accept black and white line art only unless we are doing a full color imprint such as our ultraprint metal keytags. Otherwise we cannot accept colored artwork or artwork that has shades of gray. We can e-mail a proof of your design layout for approval.

Can I do a multi-colored imprint?

Only certain items are available with a multi-colored imprint. Multi-color imprints incur extra charges for set-ups and second run charges. Most product pages will list if the item can be imprinted with more than one color. Acrylic keytags are also available with multi-color imprints.The colors shown on your e-mailed design proof may vary slightly from colors that will be printed on your item, due to differences between your computer screen colors and the final printed colors. This especially true with metallic colors.

Can I get a price quote for my order?

Yes, a quote can be provided by e-mail or fax.

Can I rush production?

Some of our items may have rush production. The rush charges vary for different products. Please call 800-533-8247 if you need to talk to a representative concerning rush services.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Several of our items require the making of a die. Once that die has been made changes cannot be made to your design without incurring extra set-up charges. You will be billed for the die (set-up charges) if your order is cancelled after the die has been made. The ability to make any changes of color or quantity or to cancel your order will depend on whether your order has gone into production.

Can I order extra favors if I run short?

For a $5 re-setup fee we can add to your acrylic keytag order and ship the next day. For most other items a re-order requires the minimum amount and price.


Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact qunatity requirements, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order and will be billed accordingly.
