Payment Options
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You may mail in a check with the order form. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available. We offer open accounts to schools and government entities.
Open Accounts
Open accounts are on Net 15 day terms. The order must be shipped to the school or government entity to the attention of the advisor. If your school uses purchase orders, please have the purchase order number ready when you place your order.
Prices & Sales Tax
Merchandise will be invoiced at website prices. A 6.25% sales tax must be included for orders delivered in Illinois. Prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
If your organization is exempt from Illinois sales tax, please fax a properly completed sales tax exemption form to 309-948-6641. Once received, we will remove sales tax from your order and/or mark your account as tax-exempt.
Quantity Increase
Unless notification of quantity increase is received before work has begun on your personalized order, the increase will be considered a separate order and must conform to minimum price and quantity requirements.
Glassware Shortage / Breakage
Please unpack all cartons upon receipt and inspect all contents. Verify the quantities shipped and communicate shortage or damages to Customer Service (keytagllc@gmail.com or 1-800-533-8247). We are unable to replace missing and broken glasses but offer credit or refunds for any broken and missing glasses.

Shipping Information
Most items are shipped by UPS. Please call us at 800-533-8247 for a shipping quote. Have your product item number, how many you plan to order and your zip code and the customer service representative will provide you with the shipping costs. Expedited shipping is available.
